This fabulous family home, situated on Freeman Street, a stones throw from the Quay. We are thrilled to have it on board. It is absolutely jam packed with charm and the perfect base to explore all Wells-Next-The-Sea has to offer.

The house sleeps 8, across 4 double bedrooms, a large kitchen/diner, a separate dining room, two sitting rooms, one with a log burning stove, 3 bathrooms and fantastic garden front and back.

Please note this an adults only property due to the pond in the back garden.

Price: low season £310 p/n / high season £360 p/n

Kitchen: 

A gorgeous brand new open plan kitchen, equipped for even the most adventurous chef! The dining table seats 8 with double doors leading straight out to the garden. The perfect space for entertaining, there is even a separate drinks fridge in the Utility room. 

Sitting room's & Dining room: 

Two sitting rooms both with smart TV's and one with a log burner, perfect for those long Norfolk Winter evenings along with a grand traditional dining room. 

Bedrooms:

Four spacious double bedrooms offering comfortable room for up to 8, each room is unique and full of character.

Bathrooms:

Three separate bathrooms, two with showers and one with a bath overlooking the front garden. One of the bathrooms is on the ground floor in the utility room and this offers a walk in shower. 

Garden:

The house boasts the most beautiful, well looked after back garden with plenty of seating and  a pond alive with wildlife and a flower fruitful front garden. It truly is an absolute gem of a property.

There is no private parking as is with the majority of the properties on Freeman street due to it's central location. There is however plenty of on street parking outside. 

Cancellation Policy:

  • To receive a refund, bookings must be cancelled at least 30 days before check-in, refunds are subject to a 5% administrative charge which also covers the payment platform fees.

  • If cancelled less than 30 days before check-in then no refund is available

Deposits:

If a booking is made eight weeks or more before the Holiday is due to start, a deposit of 30% of the rent is payable. If a booking is made less than 8 weeks prior to the check in date full payment is required. Final payments are due 8 weeks before the check in day.

 

Damage deposit :

All bookings are subject to a £500 damage deposit, this will be refunded within 10 days of check out providing no damage is caused to the property.
