There is no private parking as is with the majority of the properties on Freeman street due to it's central location. There is however plenty of on street parking outside.
Cancellation Policy:

To receive a refund, bookings must be cancelled at least 30 days before check-in, refunds are subject to a 5% administrative charge which also covers the payment platform fees.

If cancelled less than 30 days before check-in then no refund is available
Deposits:
If a booking is made eight weeks or more before the Holiday is due to start, a deposit of 30% of the rent is payable. If a booking is made less than 8 weeks prior to the check in date full payment is required. Final payments are due 8 weeks before the check in day.
Damage deposit :
All bookings are subject to a £500 damage deposit, this will be refunded within 10 days of check out providing no damage is caused to the property.
